Download CWShredder bellow. Unzip it to the desktop.
Open CWShredder and with ALL other windows closed, click fix.

    Do a online virus scan.
    Trend Micro-Free online Scan: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
set it to autoclean, if it cannot tell it to delete found files,,
Copy its report back here if its unable to please.

You need to put your HijackThis in a permanent folder. Create a Folder like C:\HJT. Cut / paste the HijackThis.exe you have now.

Scan and post a new hijackThis log.

Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close ALL windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

    Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

Because XP will not always show you hidden files and folders by default, Go to Start > Search and under "More advanced search options".
Make sure there is a check by "Search System Folders" and "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search system subfolders"

Next click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

Now find and delete these folders:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\comp itch dart setup
    C:\Program Files\USERWA~1
    C:\Program Files\SETUPC~1

I don't know the exact names of those last two folders, but the first one will begin with USERWA and will contain the Mfcd help.exe file. The second will begin with SETUPC and will contain the Upload Meal.exe file. These folders must be found and deleted.

FYI: You got this crap, which is LOP malware, from Messenger Plus. I would personally recommend that you uninstall it. It is my opinion that any app that sees fit to bundle that kind of scumware with their software should be boycotted. See here for more info:

I did it backwards (not too bright). I deleted messenger plus first, then did the rest. Of course some files were already gone. Lop has disappeared. Thank-you. Please let me know if I need to do anything else.
