Hello, whenever I reach my user accounts logon window on XP my account shows an unread email. I have checked both my Office Outlook and Outlook Express and there are no unread emails. How can I clear this ?Thanks in advance for any help someone can give me.

Hi and Welcome to TSG (y)

Click on the link below and scroll down to item 100, download the reg fix and install as per the following directions.
To use the Regedits: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Hello to EvileYe, I have carried the instructions and it worked. Thank you very much. Will any mail in the future still be shown on the welcome screen?
