I have a user that will be going out of town and I am assuming they will have internet access from their hotel. They will be traveling with a Mac computer and will need to access a windows PC. I don't think they have a firewall. PC Anywhere used to have something, any other ideas?

    LogMeIn

I think Teamviewer requires someone to allow control on the remote computer. LogMeIn is designed for remote access. Setting up Windows Remote Desktop is usually frustrating, unreliable, and usually unsuccessful. It requires you to know your computer's public IP address, set up port forwarding on your router, open firewalls, and pray your IP doesn't change while you're gone. LogMeIn is completely free and ridiculously simple.

Teamviewer can be set up to allow access at any time the computer is on, without intervention. It's ridiculously expensive for commercial use, however.

Yes very easy but like TeamViewer it is not free for business use.
