I've been searching around the net, but in all honesty I've made little progress. I need some freeware synchronisation software that I can put on my USB stick to automatically overwrite old files with their newer equivalents, to use on both my home and school PC (hence why I can only put it on my USB)

I don't like to ask, but I'm really not finding anything of any use at the moment and it would save me a lot of time that I currently waste archiving and backing up instead of working!

    Thanks

    Hi,
I use this free prog for my sync needs which are similar to what you describe:

    I hope it's of interest
