    Hi Everyone,

With new and faster modems available, it is a waste of money to get a 300mb speed when the 150mb speed is still overkill, so is my belief. Can someone please confirm the following as true or false:

    1) No matter how fast your modem/router is, your limited to the ISP connection speed.

    2) If the modem/router has a usb storage deviced attached, then I can see the 150mb or 300mb speeds being used to connect to a users device. Is that correct?

    3) if I'm accessing the internet with more than one device at a time?
Say, a laptop hardwired + an iPad 2 + iTouch will divide the download speed proportionally?

Thanks for any thoughts on this,
    Bigg_Brawler

    1) You only get the bandwidth you pay for and most ISP supply the router/modem.
