I have several computers on this new Brother MFC-8860DN printer/fax/scanner/copier and one of them won't print. I've tried everything I can think of, and even gone through all the troubleshooting steps in the Help & Support Center(n) to try to get it printing. This is the only PC that is having trouble, and I don't knoe why!!?!?! Can anyone here help me?

Any error messages or such? Have you installed the correct print drivers on the machine?

As far as I know I've installed everything. And everything appears to be exactly the same as my other computers that DO print... No error messages. It's like the computer thinks that the item has printed, but nothing comes out the other end, ya know?

Does the computer in question have appropriate internet access and permissions?

When you set it up as a shared printer, did you install the drivers for it?

Yeah, I set it up as a shared printer, and I just went through and updated all the drivers to see if that would help, but it still sends items to the queue and never prints... no error messages, it just goes to the queue where the computer tries repeatedly to send it to the printer....
