Solved: New PC can't connect to Internet (but other PCs working fine)

I have a new DELL XPS M2010 that I want to connect using wireless card. OS - Vista, Linksys Router, when I try to "Diagnose and Repair" I get the response "Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server 68.185.34.67".

It's showing an Excellent connection to the route, but will not connect to the Internet. I've tried a few things, such as connecting to other unsecured wireless internet connections and I was able to connect to the Internet then. I also looked at another thread on this site that suggested to add a DNS Server to the list of 192.168.1.1 and nothing happened with that.

Other PCs in the house, all on wireless, connect fine (obviously including the laptop I'm posting on right now). Still searching the forums for similar solutions - here is my ipconfig information:

Open a Command prompt and try these pings. You can show the results the same way you posted the ipconfig /all.

ping 192.168.1.100 (or whatever the current IP address is)
ping 192.168.1.1
ping 68.180.206.184
ping yahoo.com

Do you have the same problem with an ethernet connection?

Thanks for your response.

I finally tried something that worked... I disabled the WEP security on the router, connected to the unsecured network, and then re-enabled security onthe router (using WPA this time).

Not sure how that changes anything but it worked so I'm cool!
