Just built a new system. I used my xp home disk from my other system and loaded it on to my new one. When I went to activate windows it won't let me. Don't tell me I have to go out and buy windows again!! If so now that I have it loaded already on my new system, do I need to get an oem xp edition or the other xp edition?

Yes, you have to go out and buy Windows again. Read the EULA, one machine, one licensed copy of Windows.

OEM versions of Windows are only licensed to be used with the specific hardware they come installed on from the manufacturer.

OKKKKKKKKKKKK. What about my other question: Should it be OEM or full.
