    Hey, How's it goin'?

I can't access web pages from within non-microsoft applications.
For (one) example, I can send and receive e-mail just fine, but I can't access my e-mail client's themes page using the "get more themes" button in the themes window. The button appears to behave normally, but I just don't get anywhere. Overall, my computer is performing well.
I'm using XP Pro on a Compaq Presario (256 MB total memory).

I really don't know where to begin with this. If you can help I would appreciate it.
