I have no sound for flash files. Found that I should have msacm32.drv installed in my Windows system32 directory. Hardware config says I have that directory, but cannot find it with regedit. msacm32.drv is not installed on my machine as far as I can tell.

I've followed all of Adobe's suggestions for getting sound with no success. Flash video plays just fine.:confused:

This has been a problem ever since I first tried to view flash files. I've never had sound with flash. I may have changed something prior to that time, but have no idea what it might have been.

Windows media plays sound just fine.

Thanks for your support. :D

Solved the problem by checking all sound file types in Quick Time preferences.
