hey guys, here's the code i'm working with, here's what i want, for there to be no underline on links normally, then a underline and overline when you hover. and also if possible for the underline and overline to be broken. (if you know what i mean)

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<title>Vision Studios 2006</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

<style type="text/css">
A:link {text-decoration; color: #DD2C0B}
A:visited {text-decoration; color:#DD2C0B}
A:active {text-decoration: color:#DD2C0B}
A:hover {text-decoration: underline overline;}
</style>

<body bgcolor="#393838" link="#DD2C0B">
<center><img src="intro%20copy.jpg"></center>
<center>

<p><a href="#">Site 10% Finshed</a> <a href="#">Forums (100% Finshed)</a>
</p>
</center>
</body>
</html>
