Solved: no WIFI connectivity when direct power is unplugged

    Dear All,

    I am using Probook 4330s. My Wireless connectivity looses when I unplug the power adapter.
    My Wireless does not work when my laptop is running in battery mode.
    Please help.

    have a look at the advanced power options and see what is set for the wireless adapter

    what version of windows are you running

    Dear Wayne,

    I am using MS Windows & Enterprise 64-Bit SP1
    The Wireless power adopter is set with on battery - Medium Power Saving and at Plugged in - Maximum performance

    Try reseating the wireless adapter

    If the adapter is easily accessible, usually through a cover on the bottom of the laptop.
    Remove and reinsert carefully and firmly several times to cure any possible looseness or corrosion.
    At the same time check to make sure the antenna leads are securely attached.
    Note: This is not taking the machine apart. We do not recommend removing the keyboard when that is necessary to find the wireless.
