Hey, that may be the ticket! Thanks to both of you for your time spent! Much appreciated!
I got my office from a 'friend' with a used laptop I bought. That could very well have been a 'bootlegged' version, I'll run my revouninstaller on it and bite the bullitt for a new copy.
I'll try the search and resolution for the 'MUI' s on my windows 7 and see if that fixes the OS problem. Thanks so much!
Did there seem to be any more 'blocked' software that I need to uninstall? (That is so embarrassing but I recently tried to reinstall a copy of Adobe Audition that I paid over $300 for from Adobe 6 or 7 years ago and Adobe told me my S/N was bootlegged)
Thanks again for a y'all do!

Ok, I think Office XP is gone. Uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller Pro. Although I am running Windows7 Home premium there was only a single language installed and alas they could not further help me. Here is another copy of the diag tool after the uninstall of Office XP pro:

"They"? A call to Microsoft? If you did not call or want to try again ...

    Activate by phone

    1. Type "slui 4" in the start menu search box or the RUN box, hit enter

    2. Select country or region

    3. Dial the number, DO NOT select any menu options, just wait and a person will pick up.

Thanks again for all your help!!

That's good to hear. Would you like to post a new MGA Diagnostic report though so we can be sure all is well with the activation?

Thanks Cookiegal! I indeed may have spoken too soon. I haven't seen the message/notice in a while. It only returned after I did a rescan. I may indeed have to make that phone call. Do you see anything in the log that appears to be out of sorts? I saw an 'error' on the license page. It said something about running something to display the error but the error was already displayed. Anyway, thanks so much for your time. I guess I'll make the call as soon as things slow down a bit. Thanks again!
