Solved: ntdll.dll corrupt

Help please. I have a computer all the way accross the country. Running XP home and has a corrupt ntdll.dll. The person I am helping tried reinstalling wimdows to a different directory to bring the computer up. I need to know how to replace the nt.dll file from the initial install. Pleas help I am desperate.

Try and run the System File Checker.
To run System File Checker

Click on Start then Run. type: sfc /scannow and then OK.
Note: space between c and /
You may be asked for your Windows CD, if asked insert it
