    Hi in msconfig.
    ScanRegistry.
SystemTray need to run at startup.
Before it freezes what processes are running?
    Ctrl-alt-delete.
    When did you last..scandisk..defrag...run Av..Spyware??
128Mb of Ram..more Ram would help.
Remove all unsued programs..with only 128Mb of Ram you need to keep you system free of unnecessary programs etc.

Hi check device manager for missing..faulty drivers.
    Start>settings>control panel>system>device manager.
    Any yellow exclamation marks?
Still in System> click Performance>virtual memory.
Are you letting Windows manage the memory usage?

Hi log looks ok..But not a log expert.
ScanRegistry should be ticked in msconfig..to run at startup.
What Spyware programs are you using?
