    I am using MS office 2000, i went to open an old document and all get is error " Osa9" i did a google search for a fix at answersthatwork and they say to delete "Osa9" from msconfig.exe, (re-booted) i did that and still nothing works right , can t open old docs ! it just happened , i also re installed office 2000 and that didn t help ! ! "Osa9" still shows up, what happened and how do i fix it, ? ? ? thanks :mad:

    to be exact the shortcut on my start list " open office doc " doesn t open chosen document in word 2000 and then all i get is error "Osa9" and get locked out, so what now?
    could this be spyware, that my adaware can t delete ? it came up out of the blue, very fast ! tryed deleting and did but it popped back on ! ?
    Any fix s out there? thanks , would posting a hjt log help ?? :mad:

    all i use is word 2000, and i have never done an update. I just went their and theirs so much junk , how do i choose word 2000 updates, i done use or need the other junk.
