I am burning my own created disk onto another empty disk useing Nero Express. Is it better to select Quick Coppy so that it is directly coppied onto a disk without being saved onto the computer, or is it better not to select Quick Coppy and to let it be save on the computer?

I like to always buffer it to disk. In days gone by, it was mandatory if you wanted a good copy, I keep hearing that it's not a problem anymore. OTOH, I've tried both and the difference in time could hardly be measured, so I do it my way. :)
