The following program should tell us what you need to know:

1- Please click HERE to download HijackThis.

    2- Run the program.

3- Click on the Main Menu button if not already there.

4- Select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

5- Copy and paste the scan log from Notepad into your next reply. Do not attach it.

6- Do not "Fix" anything unless advised to do so.

Does your Windows XP Professional contain the Service Pack 3(SP3) upgrade, and have you been installing the high-priority updates that are released every month?

If you load an Internet Explorer window and then click Help - About Internet Explorer, a window will appear that tells you what version you're using.
