OK, I have jsut upgraded to XP Professional Suite that includes OUtlook 2002. When you click to send a new email and you select "to" the contacts list sorts the names out with First name first and last name last. Is there a way to reverse this and have last names first, first names last? Any help with this would be great!

Go to Tools / Email Accounts, Under Directory select the option that states "view or change...." Next

Highlight the name of your address book and click the change button. Here you should see the option to go last, first or first, last.

Let us know if this works!
