Is there a way to create a IF statement in a macro to say if this e-mail address in the TO Field, then place this e-mail address in the CC Field?

You mean reply to them with the address in the CC field or do you want to forward the message or are you talking about as you are addressing a new message?

Would it be possible to have it show up not matter if it is a reply, forward, or new message?

Rollin thanks for the help. I have never even messed with the Built in Rules "Apply this rule after I send the message". Once again I have learned something new. Thank you very much.
