I've got a client who is having issues with their Organizational Forms and need a redesign of one. They're using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. I can easily edit and publish the form, however when I published the edited form over top the original form in the Organizational Forms folder it only made the change locally.

Does anyone know how I can get this updated form to propagate throughout the server's clients? Is this something that requires a logoff/logon before the new file is sent the the client computer?

Basically, I edited the form on the server, then saved over the form. Tested it on the server and it worked fine, but when accessing the form from a client computer via Tools>Forms>Choose Form in Outlook, they see the old version.

    Any ideas?

Never mind, I solved the problem.

For those that might have the same problem: basically when you publish the updated form, your client machines will need to log out and then log in again to receive the updated form.
