I know technically there is no way in Outlook to password protect folders. However, I was wondering if someone knew a workaround where folders within Outlook could be protected by a password?

Personal Folders files can be password protected. Have you looked into them instead of exchange side folders?

    Thank you for your response

    What exactly do you mean?

I was hoping to password protect some of the folders I created within Outlook.

Typically when outlook is setup the data is help on the exchange folder instead of locally on your hard drive. You can however create archive/pst/outlook data file/personal folders files. People use all of those names for the database files. These files can then be password protected.
