(Solved) Outlook Express

This is in regards to Outlook Express 5.5. I've had this same problem before and wrote to you and you solved it but I can't remember what you told me to do. I am running Windows 98 on a Gateway computer. When I start Outlook Express, I loose my internet connection. It was OK when using AOL but now with a local provider, I get disconnected. This has happened, as I said before even when using AOL. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Please check this:

Start Outlook Express.
Click the Tools menu, then click Options.
Click the Connection tab. Now is there a checkmark in the option Hang up after sending and receiving?

If so, remove it.
