We have a user that for some reason has 2 Calendar's

The one is the default, but the other is where all of his stuff is in. It will not copy this into the default calendar and we can not delete the default calendar.
If we could copy all of this to the default calendar this would be good.
This user has a Blackberry and any of that calendar stuff gets put into the default.

Trying to delete the calendar folder results in this message.
Unable to delete this folder. Rigth click the folder, and then click properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions. "Calendar" is a special folder. Special Folders cannot be deleted.

We did check this and made sure we gave him full control. But this must be a special folder. Even if we try to delete the other calendar The one with his stuff in it,, But not the default. It gives the same message.

Trying to Move or Copy the contents of the 2nd calendar into the default calendar we get this message.
Unable to move or copy folders. Can't copy folder. A top-level folder cant be copied to one of it's subfolders. Or you may not have the permissions for the folder.

    Any Help would be appreciated.....

A person can have many calendars - if the other calendars are being shared with him. So that is one thing you should check. Also - is this person on an exchange server?

Typically you can't just copy calendar items from one folder to another, like you can with e-mail or contacts. They need to be exported to another PST and then imported into the calendar you want.

Yes he is on an exchange server. I understand they can have many calendars. But for some reason he has one and doesnt want it. Doesnt know how it got here and the MAIN one will not delete. And he has all meetings in this other one. That one will not copy into the MAIN one.

I may have to look at what Bob says. Export the calendar. And then maybe import it back into the Main.
Is there any way to get rid of this EXTRA one?

We had to actually export his whole box.
Delete it.. Then re-add to the computer.
At this point the person could still not sync up with the blackberry.
And then 2 or 3 days later. All by itself it syncd back up.
