Other than using View>Text Size, is there anything I can do that may cause the print to be darker? I know that my eyes are beginning to grow weaker but perhaps someone knows a trick for me to use or an answer. The light print seems to occur on most web pages and very bad on my ISP webmail account. My signature will tell you I am using WinXP Pro and SP2. If all pages were as clear and dark as the print I am seeing while typing this thread, I would not be asking for help. As always, TIA

Elvandil----What a difference and thank you!!!
THAT is some link and I won't let it escape my computer.
I used #20 in the link and every page I "turn" to is far far more readable. In fact, I may have to choose smaller in the view>text size rather than the medium size that I am using. I can't say thank you enough but please know that I am indebted to you for your help.
BTW, there are many helpful directions for other problems at that site and I plan to review each of those that may be of interest to me--have already c/p several of them for saving.
Forgot to mention that I had tried the Clear View before but #20 is even better, I think.

You're welcome. That just goes to show that not all ActiveX downloads are bad :D.

The ClearTweak program gives the same tuning ability without having to be online.

Glad you can see better---it's no fun being on the computer if you have to strain to see things.

Just for clarification. The link that I should have referred to is the one on the island.com page by PC World and tittled "How to fix the Biggest PC Annoyances". Item #20 fixed things for me. The full link is here:

Hope I haven't confused anyone by my extreme happiness in finding relief.
