I have a Philips fw-c577 stereo that I used to be able to connect to my old xp laptop. Now I've upgraded to my current computer and I'm trying to get the drivers to install correctly to use the pc connect feature.

Windows installed the uac3553b driver which doesn't seem to have gotten it working, and when I ran the old utility that I originally installed it couldn't detect when I plugged in the usb cable. Is there any to get these two together or should I just give up for audio cables?

Not supported in Win7 (nor Vista), so I'd say it's time for plan B.
