Solved: Pc wont boot after after power cut

    Just gets to the window splash screen with the the scrolling lines, ive tried to get into bios so i can use a windows disk but nothings happening when i press the relevant F keys.

    It will boot into safe mode and i tried a system restore but that hasnt sorted it.

    Can ne1 help me please?

    Tyr this:
    boot and keep tapping the F8 key to get the boot options menu, select Last Know Good Configuration

    Its part solved.

    The reason i couldnt get into bios was because of wireless keyboard, when i added a ps2 kb i managed to get into bios and change boot sequence.

    Unfortunatley i havent been able to fix the original problem which is the pc will boot into safe mode but wont boot normally.
