I had to reset all of my tools in photoshop cs2. Having done so when I need a new canvas it always goes back to the settings of grayscale size etc. How can I set it so when I open it, it shows the last size, settings etc of the canvas that I had used. Hope this makes sense.
Here is an image of what I'm talking about.
    thanks, msk

could it be that you saved it somehow as default?

Photoshop defaults to the last size a New Document is created at - except when there is image data in the clipboard; then it will default to the size of that data.

Clearing the clipboard or copying non-image data will restore to the last size created.
