    I know I shouldn't be using tables for display BUT I can't get the CSS to work to give me the display that I want in Wordpress. So I have nearly got there by using tables.

    This is some of my code

    Code:
    <table width="975" bgcolor="B7D0B0">

                <tr bgcolor="b7d0b0">
                <td width="250" align="center" bgcolor="b7d0b0">
                Content here
                </td>

                <!--Photos-->

                <td width="460" align="center" bgcolor="b7d0b0">
                <img src="http://xxxxxxxxxxx.com/image/random.php" alt="random image" name="random" width="440px"></td>

                <!--Calendar-->
                <td width="260" bgcolor="b7d0b0">

                <?php echo upcoming_events() ;?>

                </td>
                </tr>
                </table>

    I cannot get the background colour to show on the table. As you can see I have repeated it multiple times but it still only shows in white.

    Anybody got any suggestions?

    HI colinsp,
    I think there is an colour code issue, because you are using HEXA value without # mark. I think you are trying to add light green, so try this #b7d0b0

    I also got the same result when I tried your code. After I replaced the colour code with # mark, it worked fine.
