    Hello Kathy T,
PLease navigate to the following areas and delete the bold-type files or folders:
    C:\documents and settings\tripp\local settings\temp\UjPqBe.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Kathy\Local Settings\Temp\Ht0.dll

Use HJt to remove the following:
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = file://C:\WINDOWS\System32/left.html
    O2 - BHO: Search Help - {E8EAEB34-F7B5-4C55-87FF-720FAF53D841} - C:\Documents and Settings\Kathy\Local Settings\Temp\Ht0.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UjPqBe] C:\documents and settings\tripp\local settings\temp\UjPqBe.exe

As far as middadle, if you can find the folder, delete it. Reboot and repost a new log.

:D Thanks infidel, I did as you said, except, I could not delete the C:/documents and settings\tripp\local settings\temp\UjPqBe.exe file until after I used HJT. I rebooted and below is my current log file. I haven't seen the ads234 on my address bar since!! Let me know if you see anything else suspicious. Thanks again!!!

I believe you are good. Please click on the red exclamation mark on the upper right hand sign and alert the mods to give it a final view and if its clean, close it and mark it solved.

Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close ALL windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dpi] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dpi\dpi.exe

Restart to safe mode and delete the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dpi folder.
