    Please help!
I have a set of files and folders that I need to delete but that I cannot delete. These are not system files, they are simply the help files for the application that controls my router (Apple's AirPort Utility). I have to reinstall the application (it's the only way to control my router) and it won't let me reinstall because some of the files are already there and Administrator doesn't appear to have enough permission to overwrite or delete them(!?). Very frustrating...

I'm logged in as an administrator.
I try to delete one of the files.
"Destination Folder Access Denied." "You need to confirm this action." Click <Continue>.
Then I get the "User Account Control <Continue>... Windows needs your permission to continue" dialog.
    Click Continue.
Then back to "Destination Folder Access Denied" and "You need permission to perform this action."

(These are just CHM files, for God's sake...)

If I right-click on the file, and go to Properties > Security, I see that Administrators have "Allow" on all rights.

How do I delete these darn files?
