I keep getting a pop-up and before it opens it says "The web page you are viewing is trying to close the window -- Do you want to close the window? And it has 2 options, yes and no.

Running the free program Spybot - Search and Destroy I cam across ALOT of crap but was able to get rid of most of it. The only items that still stand are Command Service, Look2me. topconverting, and smitfraud-C.

I get ads from Good Websites! And WinAntiVirusPro 2006 mainly but the odd other one seldom comes up.

~*NEW*~ These pop-ups worked there way

    Heres my Hijack this logs:

Please help, the pop-ups are starting to make me really sad :(

PS. When I restart my computer I also get a thing that asks if I want to run (I think its called msmgr and another one is formtsys or something REALLY close) a couple programs and it asks more than once for each. This is the reason I almost never turn my computer off unless Im going away for a while.

PSS. I have tried many things to get rid of this junk including: "The Cleaner", "AIMFix", "ewido anti-malware", "cleaner 41", "CleanUp40", Spybot - Search & destroy", and "Ad-Aware SE Personal". I HAVE used all of those becuase I got them from different tutorials untill I finally decide to come here :D

    Welcome to TSG :)

I removed the links from your post so no one accidentally clicks on them.

Hijack This is running from the Temp folder.
It needs to be in a permanent folder on the hard drive.
It will not function properly from there and it cannot create and restore backups from there.

    Redownload it here: http://thespykiller.co.uk/files/hijackthis_sfx.exe

Let it extract to C:\Program Files
Rerun it from there and post a new log.

    Thanks for helping

What do you mean by "What items have you disabled using msconfig?"? It was a long time ago when I did that.

    Everything is checked under system.ini

    Everything is checked under win.ini

Nothing is checked under boot.ini (timeout=3)

All services checked except for Adobe LM service

qttask, ALCXMNTR, outlook, sys(assortment of numbers goes here), Adobe Gamma loader, Nintendo WiFi deal are the only things checked in Startup.

Under General I have selected "selective startup, checked everything and checked use modified boot.ini

We need to see those items. It sounds like some of them are viruses that need to be removed properly. Please recheck the ones you've disabled.
Then post a new Hijack This log.

    You have no anti-virus protection.
    Get AVG (it's free): http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
Install it and run a scan.
    __________________________________________________________________________

    Download the Hoster from here:
    www.funkytoad.com/download/hoster.zip
Run Hoster and press Restore Original Hosts, OK, and Exit Program.
    __________________________________________________________________________

Download and unzip BFUzip from http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip

Run the program and click the Web button as shown here:

Use this URL to copy into the address bar of the Download script window:

    http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu

Execute the script by clicking the Execute button.

If you have any questions about the use of BFU please read here:

    http://metallica.geekstogo.com/BFUinstructions.html

Then reboot and post back with a HijackThis log.

Be advised, I will be back online tomorrow after 4 p.m.

Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

    http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Note: If you receive an error while running option #1 like: ''C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications, choose close to terminate the application.."...then do one of the following:

1: Click on the l2mfix.bat again and choose option # 5 for Fix Autoexec.nt/cmd.exe error.
2: Alternatively, you can click the fixautont.html link in the l2mfix folder and follow the directions there to fix it manually.
Do not run the fix portion without fixing the error first.
After you have performed the procedures to fix the error, repeat the steps above to run option #1 for Run Find Log.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

Open the l2mfix folder and double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter.
Your desktop and icons will disappear (this is normal).
L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, it will be ready for a reboot.
    Press any key to reboot.
After the reboot notepad will open with a log.
Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!
If after the reboot the log does not open, double click on it in the l2mfix folder.

    * Install it. Once the program is installed, it will open.
    * It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
    * Once the definitions are installed, click Options on the left side.
    * Click the Sweep Options tab.
    * Under What to Sweep please put a check next to the following:
    o Sweep Memory
    o Sweep Registry
    o Sweep Cookies
    o Sweep All User Accounts
    o Enable Direct Disk Sweeping
o Sweep Contents of Compressed Files
    o Sweep for Rootkits

o Please UNCHECK Do not Sweep System Restore Folder.

    * Click Sweep Now on the left side.
    * Click the Start button.
