I am having problems with ehttp.cc showing up in the address line when I type in any website. I am then sent to hand-book.com. I read some earlier posts about this so I downloaded and ran Hijackthis and received the log below. Please help. Thank you in advance!

    Hi vonglue

    Welcome to TSG! :)

First go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall New.Net/NewDotNet and P2P Networking.

Also uninstall Kazaa and Altnet Points Manager if you stll have them. Kazaa is full of spyware and the source of many problems. A lot of the problems you have now are from the garbage that comes bundled with Kazaa and is installed on your PC without your knowledge.

Click here to download CWShredder. Close all browser windows, click on the cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" (Not "Scan only") and let it do it's thing.

When it is finished restart your computer.

Go here and download Adaware SE.

Install the program and launch it.

First in the main window look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now then click Connect and download the latest reference files.

From main window :Click Start then under Select a scan Mode tick Perform full system scan.

Next deselect Search for negligible risk entries.

Now to scan just click the Next button.

When the scan is finished mark everything for removal and get rid of it.(Right-click the window and choose select all from the drop down menu and click Next)

    Restart your computer.

Also a new version of Hijack This has been released so get rid of the old one and Click here to download the new one, come back here and post the log from it after you have done all of the above.

    Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer then go to View > Folder Options. Click on the "View" tab and make sure "Show all files" is ticked and uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types". Click "Like Current Folder" then click "Apply" then "OK"

Now find and delete this file:

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\dsolapoj.exe

    Delete these folders:

    C:\PROGRAM FILES\N-CASE
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\ezula

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.

    flrman1,

Just did everything you listed except deleting the dsolapoj.exe file and the ezula folder because they were not there. Will this finally get rid of all the junk that was originally there? If so, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again? Here is the hijackthis log:
