Thanks. I have done that and the browswer still is hijack. Checked what you suggested to check in HJT then I changed the home page back to google.com, saved and then rebooted.

Went to lauch my browser and it still goes back to:
About:blank

and the a second window comes up from:
vv1.s13.tempx.cc ( says: Network administrator: Imortant Notice)

What should I do?

I have tried using the software you suggested. And I have run Spybot and I have run NAV and the browser still changes to something else and my hijack this file keeps going back to this. Please help
