Installed Musicmatch Jukebox and found the music wouldn't pkay smoothly (as if the computer was struggling with something else in the background).
Uninstalled Jukebox and found the computer is still slow when playing videos and it constantly make an intermittent popping noise. I thought it could be the sound card but I'm not sure.
    Anyone any ideas?
I've ran SpyBot and Ad-aware and they are clear.

Have you tried reinstalling the sound card drivers?

How do I find the exact name of the sound card?
They're listed as Legacy audio drivers and Realtek High Definition Audio in Sounds and Audio Devices.

...same information. Anyway, I've updated the device driver using the Realtek website.
    It worked!
