I have the names Charlie Lori Jo, Printed in the top left hand corner of everything I print.
I don't know how it got there, and dont know how to get rid of it.
    Can you help me?
    Chuck.

I don't believe that is it.
It's just a simple printing of Charles Lori Jo.

I don't know what it is. I don't use office at all.
I don't know how it got there or why.
All I know is, it always prints the names Charlie Lori Jo in teal color and it's in the very top left hand corner.
Should I sign, chuck or lori jo?

    Chuck.
    My computer is 2009 HP.

    hah!

when you have word open, click on file > options and you should see an option in there (somewhere, I'm not at a rig with office on it) for headers and footers. I'm willing to bet that there is data in the header section that you need to delete.

chances are not in the printer options. If it's occurring on every page you print, it's going to be in the application.

I have to head out shortly, but we'll get this sorted. :)
