I have been fighting with getting my HP officejet d125xi to print documents from my pc. It will install but I can't get anything to print. I click on the file and with the print queue open I watch it appear and disappear! I called HP and their phone support says I have a problem with windows because they say after installing DOT4 drivers for USB support it should show up in my device manager under the USB Serial Bus Controller section? They are telling me to reinstall windows! Anyone have any suggestions? If that's what I need to do I have to back up my system and that means buying a external HD!$$$
