I am trying to print a booklet in word - document is set up in landscape as a "bookfold". I am using a duplexer to print - but when printed, some pages are upside down. What settings should I be using?

It depends upon your print driver. But you said, and it should NOT be "some pages are upside down." That sounds random, and it can't be random. The better statement would be that every other page is upside down.

On my duplex capable printer, when I go to print multiple pages, when I go to print, I must select the page print (such as ^P) command (you don't want to just one-click and print, you want to be able to) select the [Preferences] command (unless you have pre-set all of your printing to be so) and then, in the "Print on Both Sides" area, select either the
"Flip on Long Edge" OR the "Flip on Short Edge" command,
    whichever works for you.

    Try it.
