Solved: Printing E/mail fault? Security

Could some one point us or help us, my friend has wXP, and uses Hotmail, recently got an EpsonSX200 printer scanner, on trying to print an e/mail of a holiday booking the page came out with just the adverts on, this mail would have contained name address and money details, tried again with a magazine subscription e/mail with same result, this to had name and money details, but if its asked to print and ordinary advertising mail or such like holiday offers etc, it prints no problem , prints a letter done in note pad to no prob, we think its a security problem but dont know where to go to untick? or what ever icon is stopping the printing, also could you tell how to get to icon please as knowledge is limited, thanks very much

All sorted now, it was resolved by not using top ber printer icon or file drop, print option
