My ability to print from IE-6 & Outlook-6 suddenly ceased. I can print from all other area's like my computer, my documents, etc.. I have tried everything I can think of to correct this problem with negitive results. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hey Dad,
Kick in a little more info. What exactly happens when you try to print from the print ICON? Nothing - goes through the motions but no print? When you try to print from the FILE menu what? Do you get the intermediate PRINT window? Is the correct printer displayed there? Do you get a printer ICON in the system tray?

You've tried everything you can think of but we don't know what you can think of! (At times, I barely know what I can think of!) :D

Try printing again and tell us exactly what it does and doesn't do.

When I click on the Print icon nothing at all happens. Same with the file menu, no additional windows or options come up! Also no printer icon is displayed in the system tray.

I gotta get outa here and go home dad. But try this

    Try repairing Internet Explorer.

Go to CONTROL PANEL ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
    Select Microsoft Internet Explorer
Hit ADD/REMOVE (Don't get freaked now!)
The window that pops up will have the option REPAIR IE

    Choose that.

MAybe that will cure it. Otherwise I'll find out in the morning!

    To Castleheart,

Your suggestion to reinstall IE6 solved the problem.
