Hi theguys and welcome to TSG

I found this for you Error Code 302
System error code 302 means "The volume is too fragmented to complete this operation." This error code may also display as "ERROR_DISK_TOO_FRAGMENTED" or as the value 0x12E

Also, you need to regularly defrag and delete any junk files on your computer, this is normal housekeeping. With Internet Explorer, or whatever your Browser is, you need to delete your history folder from time to time.

For your computer, double click My Computer icon,
    Right-click Pre-Load (C)
    Choose Properties
    Disc Cleanup

Depending when you last did this, it could take up to 40 minutes or much longer.

    Hope this helps?

You may have something...on startup that you do not have anymore...but it is still trying to load it.

    Take a look in Startup........

    Selective Startup

You can go Start>>Run type msconfig click OK
In the new window click the Startup tab
Find it in the list and uncheck it

If you don't have the Run in the list

Right click on an empty place on the bottom task bar and choose Properties then Start Menu tab.....then Customize button
.look down the list for Run Command and put a check beside it
    Click OK

Now when you click the Start button you should have run in the menu

If you don't use Live Messenger, you can disable this.

Use the advice given by Megabite. Alternatively, click on START, Go to Set Program Access & Degfaults and under Custom, expand the arrows, and just take the tick out of Live Messenger.
