    Hello Kevier,

To properly help you we're going to need to take a step back and get some more information.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    Let's see the following.

    TSG Information Utility
    • Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe).
    • After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
    • Information about your computer will appear.
    • Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire text here.
    ---------------------------------------------------------

    Device Manager
    • Press and hold the Windows button + R on your keyboard.
    • In the Run box type DEVMGMT.MSC and hit Enter.
    • Click the + next to Display Adapters so it expands, showing all installed hardware.
    • Take a screenshot of this window and attach the file in your next post.
    • Alternatively, list all hardware here along with indication of any exclamation points or question marks next to the entries.
    ---------------------------------------------------------

Lastly, what's the full make and model of the computer?
