My publisher only allows for 4 card to a page centered in the page vs two columns 5 down. how can I get that setting?

My version is Publisher 2003, and here is how it works:
    Go to File/Page Setup/Layout
Under Publication type select Business Card
My *page* size is US 3.5" x 2"
    Orientation should be Portrait.
Click on "Change Copies Per Sheet"
    Change margins to fit -- I use 5 down x 2 across
    Side 0.7"
    Top 0.51"
    Horizontal gap 0
    Vertical gap 0

Click OK and OK to return to your publication. If this doesn't work, let us know and we'll try again. :)
