Solved: Quick question about dual booting

    Is dual booting betwwen vista and xp good, cause i read somewhere that it was bad for your computer.

    i dont even remember what i read cause it was so long ago. i dont have a dual-booting computer and i was just wondering, and i thought it was a good as place as any to ask.

    I have been dual booting win2k and vista enterprise for quite some time now. No problems at all.
    The only real reasons to dual boot is to "try out" a new os OR if the new os will not run some software / hardware you need. In my case I dual boot simply because my onetouch scanner is not supported in vista.
