In XP a remote computer can be shut down with the Task Manager, how does one do it natively in Vista?

Thanks, not exactly what I was looking for (I should have be more clear about client/server relationship) but it quickly led me to the -r and -s. I'm thinking that I should be able to set up a shortcut on the remote desktop so I don't have to go commando each time.
