    does anyone know how I may resize animated gif images for my avatar?

    I have finally done it. thank you noyb and blackmirror.
    the website is very easy and simple. appreciate it a lot

    I don't have photoshop elements. but I have photoshop CS2. as far as I can remember phtoshop CS2 couldn't capture the animation and only capture a frame of the whole image.

    Open the gif in CS2 Image Ready .. It'll capture the animation.
    Resize it ...
    Save as optimized gif.

    Didn't look at the website .. It may be easier.
