Avast has detected a rootkit on my system. It seems to be putting a file called yew.bat on all local drives and a file called ckvo.exe somewhere in the windows folder. Avast is unable to remove this successfully. Can someone please help me with this? I would very much appreciate it.

No need for help anymore. Solved it using Malwarebytes and manual delete of infected files. Thanks anyway.
