I have a Dell Poweredge Server running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Everytime I try to open up Control Panel, I get a Runtime error with a note that the interface is not supported and it then asks if I want to debug. I click "No" and everything looks fine. When I double-click on Add/Remove Programs, the screen opens but I cannot see the programs listed. I see an icon of the program to the left and the Change/Remove button but not the name of the program itself. Any ideas how to fix this?
