Hi, Hopefully someone can help me... When I run my Norton and do a one button checkup. It tells me that I need to run Norton Disc Doctor. When I try to run it it gets as far as directory struture then back to the beginning many times. I have tried running scan disc in safe mode and it doesn't complete it gets to a certain point and then just keeps starting over. Do you have any suggestions. Thank you Eileene :) :)

I found this below in another forum if you want to try it

Hi, try running scandisk from the Command Prompt.
Bootup into the first safe mode screen and select Command Prompt (probably item 5 in the list. At the C:\>prompt, type in scandisk and press return/enter.
