I have set my screen brightness to go to full when i plug the recharger of my laptop in
but after 4 or 5 uses the screen brightness automatically sets it so when i plug the recharger in it gets darker than without the recharger
    i am using windows 7

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The computer BIOS change the display brightness when the system resumes from sleep.
To permanently change the brightness of the display, follow these steps:
    Click Start
    Collapse this imageExpand this image
click Control Panel > Power Options.
    Click Adjust Display Brightness.
Change the display brightness of the computer, and then click Save changes.

are you hibernating the computer or shutting it down completely

when you hibernate, after a few times the screen stays dim.The only cure is shut down & reboot instead of hibernate

I don't know why it does it but just about every laptop I ever use does the same. Probably something to do with power management settings

Every Laptop does this in order to save the Much Needed Power while on battery.
There will be a brightness sign on a f1,F2 keys.check all of them
Use the combination fn+ the brightness increasing key to increase the brightness
